Limitation of Liability: By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that JPT Landscaping Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

We are not liable for any issues, interruptions, or problems arising from the use of these software platforms, including data loss, service interruptions, or technical difficulties. Service Limitations: While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

We require safe and clear access to your property during scheduled work. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured. For commercial properties, we will coordinate access with property managers as needed.
